Susan teaches all levels of yoga instruction from gentle restorative, and beginners to level 3 advanced classes. After exploring many forms of yoga and meditation she developed an eclectic form of yoga which she calls “creative flow”. Her classes incorporate Vinyasa flow,
Hatha, Core power and Anusara. She also includes hands-on assists leaving her students feeling rejuvenated and happy. Susan’s spirit is reflected when she often plays her harmonium and sings during meditation and savasana.
Incorporating her love of music, she has also choreographed many classes designed for special events and holidays. The main emphasis in her classes is on proper alignment and working all the areas of the body so that both internal physical and mental healing can take place. Susan believes in finding each students individual strengths and helps each student in a joyful way to reach their full potential. Although Susan defines yoga as a “moving meditation” she believes it should also be playful and fun. Her spirit and intuitive nature bring her students to a higher level of physical as well as spiritual well-being. She has practiced yoga and meditation for over 15 years in addition to holding a Masters degree in Music.
